Hemp is Cannabis Sativa strain grown to meet the standards by the federal 2018 Farm Bill which requires the plant contain 0.3% or less Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry-weight basis. There is no milligram amount that directly correlates to the .3%, but Higher Realm low-dose milligram count averages between .0005% and .003% THC on a dry-weight basis.
Is Delta-9 THC found in hemp different from the THC in marijuana?
Hemp and marijuana are the same species, and THC is a naturally occurring compound found in both plants. The THC derived from each plant will provide you the same effects. However, hemp is grown to contain 0.3% THC or less.
What THCs are in Higher Realm?
All Higher Realm products only use hemp-derived naturally occurring Delta-9 THC. Synthetic or semi-synthetic THCs including Delta-8, Delta-10, and THCV are not going to be found in Higher Realm products.
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol or CBD is a compound found in both hemp and marijuana that does not provide an intoxicating effect, just provides a calming effect. In an example such as Colorado, the state is requiring a 15:1 Ratio of CBD to THC to emphasize the calming effect of these drinks and not the intoxicating effects of THC.
Is hemp a hybrid?
Hemp is not a hybrid. Hemp is solely defined to come from the Cannabis Sativa plant. Any flavors come from natural flavor additions by our operations team.
How soon will I feel the effects and how long will they last?
Unlike other hemp edibles, hemp beverages provide a quicker onset time, anywhere from 10-30minutes after ingestion, because the liquid can be absorbed much quicker.
Most THC Beverages produce effects lasting 2-4 hours. Shorter than edibles but longer than smoking
Will this cause someone to fail a drug test?
The THC in Higher Realm products may cause a positive result on any drug test.
What is the right dosage for me?
Just as with alcohol each person's experience with Higher Realm will be based on myriad factors including personal experience with THC, body weight and food consumption. We recommend working your way through the can gradually, a few sips at a time, finding what feels right to you. It’s easy to add more but very hard to take it away if you consume too quickly.
What kinds of effects can I expect to feel?
Similar to alcohol, a general feeling of being at ease and relaxed, but without the hangover.
Does THC interact with alcohol?
When combined the effects of alcohol and THC can be amplified, impacting the consumer quicker and with more intensity than if they are consumed separately. We do not recommend combining or consuming alcohol in the same session and it may be illegal in your state. Higher Realm is a cleaner alternative to alcohol to take the edge off.
Our Delta 9 THC beverages are non-alcoholic. As such, they won’t be served on draft, for food safety, and for legal reasons
